1. Current operator status
Next Quest Studio is currently being prepared for registration as a company in Germany. The final company identity and legal contact details will be added to the Legal notice as soon as registration is complete.
2. Website hosting
The website is intended to be hosted on Netlify. When a visitor accesses the website, the hosting infrastructure may process technical information such as IP address, browser and device information, requested page, date and time, and security or diagnostic data needed to deliver and protect the website.
3. Contact form
The contact form is temporarily disabled while the company registration and final legal contact details are being completed. No contact-form submissions are accepted or stored through this website in the current production state.
4. Analytics and advertising
This website does not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or comparable advertising or behavioural-tracking tools.
5. Facebook and Steam
The Facebook and Steam elements are ordinary external links, not embedded social-media plugins. External services are only contacted when you choose to follow a link. Their own privacy terms then apply.
6. Payments
No payment information is collected. The optional support feature is inactive. If support payments are enabled later, this policy will be updated before payment processing is activated.
7. Data transfers and providers
Hosting providers may process technical data in countries outside the European Economic Area. The final production account and contractual safeguards will be reviewed as part of the company registration and launch setup.
8. Your rights
Where applicable data-protection law grants rights in relation to personal data, these may include access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability and the right to complain to a competent supervisory authority.
9. Changes to this policy
This policy will be updated when the company registration, contact form, payments, hosting configuration or other website services change.
