This website presents Next Quest Studio and its current and planned game projects. Games in development can change, and screenshots, features, release plans and descriptions may be revised without notice.
2. Informational use and contact
The website is provided primarily for information, project discovery and communication with the studio. The contact form may be used for genuine studio, project, press or collaboration enquiries. The website does not create player accounts or directly sell the studio’s games.
3. Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, the website design, Next Quest Studio branding, text and original project materials are owned by the website operator or used under licence. You may view the website and share links to it for ordinary personal or editorial purposes, but protected material may not be reproduced or commercially reused without permission or another lawful basis.
4. Game names, screenshots and third-party material
Third-party names, trademarks and materials remain the property of their respective owners. Project screenshots and promotional materials may be replaced or updated during development.
5. External websites
The website links to project websites and third-party platforms such as Facebook and, in the future, Steam. After leaving this website, their own terms, privacy rules and technical availability apply.
6. Voluntary support payments
Visitors may voluntarily make a one-time support contribution of €3, €5 or €10 through Stripe-hosted checkout. Support payments are voluntary and do not constitute the purchase of a game, product or service, an ownership interest, an investment right or a tax-deductible charitable donation. Payment processing is handled by Stripe, so the applicable Stripe checkout terms and privacy information also apply. If you believe a payment was made by mistake or duplicated, contact contact@nextqueststudio.net.
7. Availability
Website content and functions may change, be temporarily suspended or be removed as the studio and its projects evolve. We take reasonable care with published information, but development information can change and uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.
8. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law. Additional terms for future paid services will be provided in the relevant service or purchase terms.
